We really enjoyed our lunch at Sol De Mexico today, sitting outside to watch the world go by. My guava daiquiri was awesome and the gals like their margaritas. They split a Chile Relleno Burrito whilst I had a delicious Quesadilla Veracruz, and plenty left for later. Very tasty - we will be back for sure!

OMG! This was a much needed experience. The decor is beautiful. The service (David) was very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed the jalapeno margaritas. The food (fajita trio for two) was fresh and on point. We ended up taking at least half the food to go after eating more than we should have! I highly recommend this place for a top shelf experience on a family friendly budget. My only disappointment was the 'house hot sauce' was not for sale. That stuff was awesome!
Taco Tuesdays, the tacos are only 1.50 each, so it’s great if you don’t want to spend much. Server was very quick to bring everything, and with a smile! Nice ambiance, colorful decor and background music . Outside area for people with dogs,etc
My husband and I went here for our anniversary lunch. He is the pickiest eater I have ever met and he was impressed. I use several other Mexican restaurants in this area and I have found a new favorite! The Pollo Fiesta tasted so fresh. The chicken was super tender and the fresh vegetables were perfect. The fried ice cream was amazing. Everything was great. Nice atmosphere and impeccable service UPDATE 2/21/2024 Hubby took me here for my birthday lunch today. I got these huge jalopenio poppers with my Fiesta Pollo and he ordered the chicken chimichangas today so am adding more pictures. Delicious!
I'm a little late but my two best friends brought me there on my birthday, June 4th, and our server was Camilo. He was an absolute pleasure! He was extremely attentive, made great suggestions, and entertained my birthday Shenanigans And the food?!?! OMG... I had the chimichanga with the vegetables which was SCRUMPTIOUS. It's just something about the vegetables When the food came, .... crickets. Lol. It was time to eat! Thank you Camilo. We really enjoyed your service. We didn't have to wait for anything! You made my birthday that much more special.
We love Sol de Mexico! Maria, our server is always so friendly and welcoming. A delicious meal of vegetable fajitas served sizzling hot with all the sides with the basket of chips and salsa , all served with a smile. We keep coming back!
Stopped for lunch to get a Chicken Tostada. It was delicious and served in a few minutes. Always enjoy going there.
